The Digital Workshop in Barcelona on renewable energy systems in Transport in Barcelona will be held the 9 December 2020. The last workshop will be a digital event in order to share the good examples and facilitate a learning event with relevant Stakeholders in the field of energy efficiency in the transportation sector. The main topics to be discussed are emerging technologies in transport and their viability to adapt to different mobility needs, how the interaction with a smart grid can help reduce the demand for urban mobility or provide more flexibility to public transport networks, the importance of changing habits to reduce mobility or promote more sustainable mobility and finally how to carry out the financing of these initiatives.
